The first stop will be the island of Torcello, the oldest of the inhabited islands. It’s silence and landscape will transport you to a peaceful and atypical dimension, almost as if time had stopped here. You can visit the main square, the church of Santa Fosca, the Devil’s Bridge, and much more.
After Torcello we will be headed to the island of Burano, where you can spend time to admire this peculiar island of fishermen and the bright colored homes. You will discover it’s traditional and historical production of lace, also known as ‘merletti’, and embroidery as well as tasting the typical “buranei” sweets.
Finally, you will visit Murano, known as “the island of glass”, the most famous and unique glassworks in the world, where you can see how master glassmakers use their traditional techniques to create magnificent glass masterpieces.
